Forgot Your Reseller ID, Username and Password?
Upgrade or Order New ServicesIf you have been a Free Reseller Only for some time now and have received your FREE version of our FFA Links Page you may have realised that you have been missing out on the power of our Premium Paid services to deliver your banners and sales messages to thousands while you sleep! Now It's Time To Upgrade! Before you upgrade you may want to visit our Prices Page to see the price of your upgrade choices. If you visit our Prices Page, just click the "Back" button of your browser to return to this page. So if you want to upgrade to one of our Premium Services or if you are already using our Premium Services and you want to purchase additional services just follow the instructions below under the payment method you want to use. Once your payment is approved we will activate your new services.
You can also upgrade or order new non-recurring services by sending us a Cashier's Check payable to
postal money orders or personal checks.
Change Your Credit Card or Online Check Rebilling Info
This section only applies to customers that ordered services that are billed monthly by automatic credit card or online check rebilling. As a credit card or online check rebilling customer, you may login to our authorized retailer 2Checkout.com's website to change your credit card or online check rebilling details, such as billing address, credit card number, expiry date of your credit card. To update your credit card or online check rebilling record please go to our authorized retailer 2Checkout.com's website address below. Make SURE that you copy and paste the ENTIRE URL into your browser and replace XXXXXXXXXX with your 2checkout.com Order Number, also called your Sale Number. Do not use your MultiLinks.Net Reseller ID# here but use your Sale (Order) Number that you will find in the initial email you received from 2checkout.com and in all subsequent recurring billing email notifications you received from them with, "Your 2CO Recurring Sale #XXXXXXXXXX" as the subject of those email messages. https://www2.2checkout.com/2co/admin/change_billing_method?sale=XXXXXXXXXX ONLY if your are unable to update your credit card details or change to another credit card after substituting XXXXXXXXXX with your Sale number and visiting the link above, then to continue your service with us you MUST submit your payment again with your new credit card information and inform us IMMEDITATELY that you have done so, so we can cancel the recurring billing attempts to your old credit card. To submit your new credit card information, just login to your Members Area with your username and password at http://multilinks.net/membersarea/ and in the left Navigation Menu, click on "Order New Services", select the services you want to update your credit card information for, then complete the payment process. Once your payment is confirmed your service will continue uninterrupted. Once you have submitted your payment with your new credit card info you MUST IMMEDITATELY inform us that you have done so by sending us an email from our Contact Form, with "Credit Card Info Updated" as the subject of your message and include your Name, the Email Address you ordered from, Reseller ID#, Order Number and the Names of the Services you have updated your credit card information for. Cancel Your Services & Rebilling Payments
You will then see a "Service Cancellation Form" where you can review the "Service Expiry Date" and other service details and optionally enter a reason for your cancellation along with any special cancellation requests. Then, just click the "Cancel Service" button to submit your cancellation request. Note: If you ever want to cancel, then please do so at least 48 hours before your "Service Expiry Date" to ensure that your credit card is not charged on the next recurring billing date. No Further Action is Required! Once we receive your request, we will stop the recurring billing on your credit card so your card will not be charged again, your services will be cancelled as you requested and your service files will be removed from our servers. Therefore, you will receive an email from 2Checkout.com confirming that your recurring purchase has been cancelled. That confirmation email message with the subject, "Recurring purchase cancelled", will state, "The following recurring order for Universal Communications has been cancelled and will no longer bill." To cancel your Free TopLink Account, just click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any TopLink Sponsor email you received. Alternatively, you can login to your TopLink Account at: http://multilinks.net/login.shtml and cancel from there. Therefore, you DON'T need to email us to cancel your services. Just follow the instructions above and your services will be cancelled. However, ONLY if you really need to discuss something with us before you cancel, then you can email us with your Name, the Email Address you ordered from, Reseller ID#, Order Number and the Names of the Services you want to cancel.
